• Child tickets apply to children between 100–140 cm in height. Children under 100 cm can enter for free.
• Some attractions may close temporarily due to weather conditions or special events without prior notice.
• Effective from 18 May 2026, tickets are valid for one-time use only within the validity period printed on the ticket.
• FaceID registration is no longer required for standard park entry.

• The cable car operates from 8am to 10pm.
• Four Seasons Restaurant operates from 10:30am to 3pm.
